We collect your gym name and owner contact details, plus the member data you enter yourself: names, phone numbers, emails, membership dates and amounts paid.
Data is used only to run the service: displaying your dashboard, sending reminders, and producing receipts and invoices. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Each gym's data is fully isolated. No gym owner can see another gym's members. TeqBooster staff may access data technically when needed to resolve a support issue.
WhatsApp messages are sent from your own device through the WhatsApp app — we never store your conversations. Emails are delivered through a third-party email provider.
Deleted members stay in the recycle bin for 30 days, then are permanently removed. When you end your subscription you may request full deletion of your gym data.
We use essential cookies only — for login sessions, language preference and dark mode. No advertising or tracking cookies.
