Gym is a gym management platform provided by TeqBooster, Doha, Qatar. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account, including the staff accounts you create.
Service begins with a 14-day free trial. After that it is billed monthly or yearly according to your plan. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
We may suspend account access for non-payment or breach of these terms. Your data is retained and access is restored once payment is settled.
You own your gym's data and your members' data. We store and process it on your behalf only. You are responsible for obtaining your members' consent to store their details.
We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Short maintenance windows may occur.
The service is provided "as is". Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
You may cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees, and payments for the current period are non-refundable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
